Customized Physics Simulations

PITFs customized existing Java applets and used Perl scripts to store simulation data.

 


 

Teaching Challenge: 

Science A-49 explored the science of the production, transmission, and perception of sound, with the aim of expanding both scientific and artistic horizons. The goal of the project was to make improvements to Java applets used by the faculty member during lectures to illustrate physics concepts and used by the students in homework assignments.
