"In my capacity as a PITF, I have been able to work with many faculty who I would not have had the opportunity to work with otherwise. They often came to me (and my colleagues) with their pedagogical design and goals, and in turn, we consult with them on the various technological means that can help them achieve those goals. As such, the relationships have often been dynamic and reciprocal. This enables me to get to know the various faculty in yet another capacity (besides as a student or as their TFs), which enables me to gain a new appreciation for their work and a greater understanding of how pedagogical designs work."
