Virtual Office Hours

TFs, working as PITFs, conducted live online office hours. Using the web conferencing software, they could talk and text chat, share a program or a view of their computer desktop, and illustrate concepts on a whiteboard.

Teaching Challenge:

Students in statistics courses typically require more one-on-one help then they do in other courses. Often, students require help in the evenings when the teaching fellows are at home.
